When my company first announced this program as a benefit I thought I need to research this company and see exactly what they do. I was very impressed that Forma handles so many companies. I had no idea this benefit was an option or even available. I was impressed with the company who told their employees they had to take a vacation away from the company. That made my day. If only my company would say that. I am so happy my company has researched a need for their employees and has offered such a generous benefit. Myself personally I had a hard time deciding what exactly I wanted or needed. My family has always came first so to have an option to purchase something I wanted or needed was thrilling. Yes I still bought what my family wanted but I did purchase some items for myself. Thank you for handling my company’s benefit. It is such a pleasure to look forward to know I will get reimbursed for items I want or need. Thank you again Rhonda Johnson

I get nothing but great feedback from my employees who are using this. Our change management strategy was how easy a mobile app is. When we tested this in our initial exploring around ease of use, communication etc we found this to be the best experience for our entire organization. Our company today has 18,000 employees about 6,000 are US employees! This is a wonderful expereince and when I sat down with our Forma team we uncovered that 75% of our population was using the mobile vs web to access forma. Keep up the great work team! We love Forma and your partnership.

There should be automated updates of adding Merchants. If Forma card work in-store for a retailer in a certain location and I go to a different location but it’s the same retailer, that indeed should be auto-updated. Also, if a retailer is partnered with your workplace and you’re able to use the card on the workplace platform to place orders, we should automatically be able to use the card in-store for that same retailer AND location. Regarding other benefits such as phone bill pay, we should be able to automatically use the card for online bill pay without having to submit reimbursements and wait 2 - 3 weeks to balance out (next pay period). Customer service is not on the same page. I reached out to have a Walmart approved one time, the next time the specialist said it isn’t possible and it’s not supported by Forma?? And to end the chat is also horrible. So maybe a follow up knowledge base process for all specialists is needed again. Thanks.

Recently my job decided to switch to Forma from another company that was working fine and much better and it has been one of the worst experiences to use this company. They tried to tell us that the app is “user friendly”, it definitely is not. I enabled Face ID and yet I still have to go through the encryption log in anytime I want to use the app. They are extremely petty and will deny claims if your date or price is off, like it’s so had to read a receipt and see that the information is correct. The other company allowed us to have recurring claims so that if I submitted something like a grocery bill, I wouldn’t have to do a claim every single month. With Forma you have to submit a new claim every single month and if any of your information is slightly off, they deny it and you have to submit a new claim. It is definitely not worth the headache to use and so I opted out of my company’s reimbursement program.
