Could use some improvement

It’s a solid app, but I think there’s room for improvement. More features would be great, and sometimes the notifications are delayed. That said, I’ve still found it quite helpful. Still, I rely on it every day for keeping track of my meds and symptoms.

Great App, But Subscription Sketchy

I already purchased this on Aug 4, 2025 through an in-app offer of ~$40. It turns out that was the “lite” version. Today, Aug 6, 2025, the app again prompted me to purchase for $60. Thinking it would restore my previous purchase, I purchased again. It charged me a second time. Still, after this, the app continued to prompt me to purchase a “lifetime” subscription before allowing me to use the app. The app is pretty good and I like it. It’s worth $40/yr. They have a fuller featured app that may be worth $60/yr, but I figured this one works for my condition. I’d love to use the app, but hate being told I need to purchase something I already did. I submitted a post on their public forum earlier today for support, but no response yet. Not sure how else to reach them save for creating this review.

The app forces users to choose one or multiple subscriptions at the same time without letting you to exit out to explore the features. I paid for a month and thought the app was a letdown compared to other options in UI, features, and price.
