The app works great for the car wash part but never works for the vacuum. So frustrating! I call the vacuum people every week but the problem isn’t on their end. I’m paying for the premium and only get half of what I’m paying for.

I wanted to love this app, but it’s been nothing but problems. I keep trying to sign up for the membership and it keeps giving me errors and then said I’ve reached the limit of devices I can upload to, and to reach out to their offices. I have only tried to upload it to my one phone, so it makes no sense, I called their number and for someone to answer for over 10 minutes and no one picked up so I hung up. With car washes going up, you think it would be a little easier and customer service would be a little better. I spent a bunch of time just trying to pay them to wash my car, and it seems like they don’t want business.

I just want to wash my car! I don’t need the app to ask me every seven days how I want to rate it and then only give me the options of ‘good’ or ‘great’… I don’t need the app to shut off my music to have some computer voice tell me ‘thank you for using the app to wash my car’, and then somehow disrupt the Bluetooth connection so now all my music skips unless I reset my entire car link…. And I would prefer not to have to push eight different buttons just to engage the wash cycle.I would add, I don’t believe there is a single person alive who wants a car wash app that talks to them… please disable the feature of the app hijacking the sound to say thank you or allow users to turn that off in the options.I am seriously only writing this review because the app kept telling me that it wanted me to review it. Other than that, it generally works great.

I needed to change my email on this app so I emailed support and they switched it for me that day. The change logged me out of my rewards on the Holiday Oil app, so I contacted them again and got a prompt reply telling me how to connect my rewards back to my app. Painless and quick!!!
