The Collaborative Way App is a unique and ground-breaking program that trains your team to work in a way that’s been proven to improve communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution for over 25 years.
Your team will learn the five core elements of The Collaborative Way: Listening Generously, Speaking Straight, Being For Each Other, Honoring Commitments, and Acknowledgement and Appreciation by watching videos and animations, taking quizzes and surveys, and chatting with your teammates in the app. You’ll also have the opportunity to take what you’ve learned and make it real through weekly exercises that you complete outside of the app. This innovative way of training your team gives you the benefits of in-person training without the drawbacks of pulling all of your team members away from their workplace responsibilities.
