Features . Request update Family Doctor: with one-click you can send a request to our customer service to update a family doctor with your health plan. . Request ID Card: our customer service can help you order a physical card to your home address in 7-10 business days. You also can get a copy of your digital ID card through MyCare APP . Request Form 1095A: we can help client to get the form by mail, text, or email through the APP . Summary of Benefits: clients can request a copy of their health plan policy through the APP . Renew or Update Application: clients can request update information or renew their plan through the APP. . Help with Pay Bill: clients can request help with any questions regarding their medical bill or help with payments. . Request call back: clients can request a call back with a customer service representative
