After I made a successful purchase and receive of iTunes card from my bank account later on they kept sending me email of same amount I purchased that it failed and I should place another order now I’m scared to fund my bank account so I don’t get debited

You guys are good like the service but you should really start working on weekends. Most of us need your customer service around this time. Your system acts up on weekends as well. Please do something about this. Thank you.
