With the My Plant City app, City information and services are just a few taps away. This mobile app allows you to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone.
The Service Request feature provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to City staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled.
The app also links residents to a variety of City informational web pages.
The My Plant City app links our residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government.
