Ok so I was on the hunt for story making apps and I came across this and what do I see email address stuff, I was about to delete it when I saw the most beautiful thing A SKIP BUTTON I don’t have to give up my parents personal info, and there’s more, you can do your own characters like I made a fan interpretation of a sequel to my favorite fanfic and I could add the characters like pinkie, Mady and a villain for it that I came up with named vex, and you can choose the cover from a collection of tipes of pictures, they Even let you get a bit spicey with choices like sensual for dialogue and a spicy choice for the cover, sorry my bedtime story but this can’t be beat, in conclusion I am obsessed with this app and I recommend it if you want to write a story without losing ink.

The app caught my attention because it was pretty good the first two or three chapters that is. I like the long stories cause it gives them more description, however after those first chapters it keeps repeating the same thing. I mean do you want to keep repeating the same words in one story. For example, in one of my stories the last chapter was the exact same as the one before. Probably just a glitch but it ruined the whole ending of the story and I have to make a whole new story to get the ending. Also I think I should be able to edit the stories after I make them, you know just to make what I want more specific. I updated the game and I saw that I can make the story chapter by chapter. Well the first one I made didn’t come out as I wanted it so I deleted the story and tried to make another one. Turns out you need to pay 2 DOLLARS for one singular credit, after you use the first one. If I knew that I would’ve just kept the story, ignore the first chapter and go off of that. I would also like to mention that it costs credits to add another chapter to the story. So after typing everything for the new chapter and pressing “Create New Chapter” you’ll find that you did all of that typing and thinking of the next chapter all on nothing. At first I was tempted to buy a few credits but when I saw that you have to pay 2 dollars for only one story that you might not even like, I would rather leave my house and go to a bookstore, an hour away, just to get a book. I need that to be changed to get five stars from me. But right now this app is definitely a one star.

So this is a pretty good app and I’ve enjoyed using it especially for stress and anxiety relief but I have a few suggestions for endless mode one suggestion is that I can edit and add characters after I created the Story as sometimes I want to change something or update there description, two I wish I could regenerate the art after the Story is created as sometimes I like the story it gives me but the art will not be what I’m looking for, third I would like a chapter rewrite feature as sometimes I would like to tweak the prompt I gave and rewrite the chapter I made, and finally it would be nice if the Character descriptions were longer as then I could include more parts about there appearance, job description or status with the other characters like if there married and personality etc. but those are just my suggestions and I give the devs credit as they have been updating the app frequent and fixing things.

This app has amazing potential and is great in many ways. I really appreciate the AI and overall it does a great job of generating stories. However, there are a few gripes I have with the app. First off, I really wish there was a way to disable the artwork creation part. Every once in a while the app generates a decent artwork but most of the time it’s a mutated horror that looks really bad and distracts from the story. I wish it was possible to just disable it. Another thing is that there is only a tiny amount of details that you can give the AI for writing the story. If you like to just give the AI something super vague and see what it comes up with then it’s not a problem but if you want a story about something specific or want the characters to act a certain way or do certain things, then tough luck. With only 250 characters there’s no way to fully let the AI work with your ideas and imagination.Last is with the AI itself. It seems like just about every story ends with some sort of happy and uplifting message. Which again is fine if you want that sort of thing. But… sometimes you just want a story to end on a dark or neutral note and instead you get one of those corny 80’s-90’s tv show endings where the characters always learn some sort of lesson.The app is still fun and interesting and I do encourage you to at least give it a try.
