I'll try not to be too hard on this application right now when my considering current rage. I bought this application for reviewing a world Art History Exam and so far the results aren't promising. For text on text flash cards, this application might be more useful. For image based questions however, the online server seems inadequately equipped. I'm a photographer, used to the sizing and resolution language of images. I made sure to keep quality and size at a bare minimum to ensure upload speed and efficiency. Five minutes later......Ok, I would give this application zero stars if I could, negative one thousand stars! I just lost eight hours of work trying to upload these things. I made sure to save the page every couple of minutes to make sure I didn't loose any work and when I loaded it they all disappeared. I knew this was too good to be true. Just print your cards the old fashioned way!

I've been using this for a couple of days now. It's really easy. Making cards on the phone is easy, using the cards is easy (simple and beautiful interface), and no crashes or anything like that. The importer on the iflipr website is pretty nice too -- no hoops to jump through, just upload a regular old CSV file from Excel. (I think the person who said they couldn't make cards on the phone should have another look, there's a "Create" button in the "More" menu. I also kinda like that it doesn't make me stop just because I've reached the end of the deck, and lets me keep drilling as long as I want)The 10-card limit hasn't been much of a problem for me, I've just been working around it. But I'm about to pay for the full version anyway to be able to download some of the bigger decks that people have shared. The community around this software is fantastic -- so much content. This app and OmniFocus have done the most to make me love the iphone.
