Thank you for making this easy for your customers or this one. I got a new phone and it’s ridiculous how obsessed some banks can become about “security” that they neglect customer experience, I have an example won’t name the bank they’re asking me to upload a 1 min. video of me talking!!! Now think of the potential ways this can be used by internal staff let alone if there’s another data leak somewhere. Not this app. Just asked few reasonable questions knowing there are other checks and balances along the process to maintain security it was a breeze. Thank you for leading and being an example and not following the “fashion”

The most messy app i have ever seen the most common service is not existing and many cookies comes up , with no clear option to select and there is no live chat to assist , really uncomfortable App comparing with the others.

Card control not perfect

Card control needs to be implemented better. Ability to set daily limits for supplementary cards does not work. No option to temporarily lock supplementary cards. No option to select countries for supplementary cards. Primary card holder should have the option to set all of these. These are basic functions all banks have. Citi needs to implement all these asap.

• Card Security: Enable or disable “Card Present” and “Card Not Present” transactions individually for better control.
• Simpler Wallet Setup: Approve new wallet provisioning securely within the app—no more SMS OTPs needed.
• Enhanced Login Security: Multi Factor Authentication has been added to strengthen your online banking login.
• In-App Disputes: Easily initiate a transaction dispute directly from your transaction history.
• Digital Card Management: View and manage all devices where your card is tokenized.
• Fraud Prevention: For your security, sensitive transactions will be restricted if you are on an active phone call.
• Cheque Book Alerts: Receive alerts whenever a cheque book is issued or replaced.
