The Alliance Bank app has a clean and intuitive user interface that makes everyday banking really easy. Navigating between features like transfers, bill payments, and account overviews is straightforward, and everything loads quickly. I also appreciate the biometric login — it’s fast and secure.However, there’s still some room for improvement. The app could be more accessible, especially for users with visual impairments — some fonts and icons are quite small. It would also be nice to see more personalization options in future updates.Overall, it’s a solid and reliable app that does what it needs to without much hassle.

This app is helpful and pretty user-friendly... if you can remember your password. While I appreciate Alliance working to protect my account and prevent ID theft, doing so requires frequent password changes. I already have too many passwords to keep up with them all. This one won't let you recycle any and continues to require longer passwords with more stipulations each time. By the time I finally get it to accept whatever craziness I came up with after multiple attempts, half the time I can't remember which variation it accepted. When I try to reenter it for later use, I have gotten locked out due to too many attempts. Since it takes so long to get it to take, its not been saved into my e-device. When that happens, you have to hope its during business hours so you can call and get someone to reset, if you can remember the information they have on file from the day you set up your account. Then the process begins again.

Easy to navigate and has everything you need for convenience and keeping up with bills paid, balance etc. I love that it automatically posts purchases. That way balance is always up to date and we know what, how much and where the purchase was made. Thank you Alliance Bank Staff for providing us with this convenience.

I have facial ID set up to be able to login to my Alliance account but I don’t log in very often and EVERY time I do try to log in, my facial recognition doesn’t work and I have to set up an all new password and facial recognition all over again. I have multiple bank accounts that are just as secure as Alliance or more and I log in just as much and the security measures are appropriate for all of them but Alliance’s security measures are over the top and extremely annoying every time I try to log in.I will be moving my business to a different bank ASAP and telling anyone else that will listen to avoid Alliance Bank at all cost because of their over the top security measures and limited ATM locations around the country.
