Drag and drop of pin for incident location does not work and I don’t receive an email confirmation when submitting incident

I only use it for the Report a pothole because it’s better than talking to one of the gals who work in the office. Still the feature to report a pothole is old and glitchy, the drag a pin to the location hardly works. It’s a real shame with the best county in the country that we have a old looking app.
