This ‘update’ was NOT ready for release. There are still bugs that need to be addressed. Like the fact that I’ve read all the messages, but it still shows them as being unread. And I have to take landscape screenshots of some things my employer posts, but the ‘update’ apparently no longer allows landscape. GREAT UPDATE, GUYS!!! NOT!!!!

We heard you loud and clear and have since brought RedeApp back, and a lot of those issues were taken care of with the switch back to RedeApp. We have since added the "Read All" button that will clear any buggy notifications you may have that persist through read messages. Yo fix it or not?

I used to love this app! Right up until the last month. My notification sounds are and AREN’T working. I will sometimes get the full notification melody and other times it cuts off after the second note. I have been in contact with Mr. Davenport from support and I tried the fix he recommended. And it worked, for 30 minutes, and now I’m back where I started from, issues. I have tried turning off the repeating notifications, but that didn’t help. I have one more thing that I can try doing to see if that fixes the issue, but after that I have to start again completely from scratch. Signing out of the app, deleting it from my iPhone 12, reinstall it, and then rejoining my employer WiFi network. I loved this app before it started having issues.

False Badge Notifications

I really enjoy the idea of this app, used by my healthcare facility, as a legal way to communicate information to my coworkers, but have issues all the time with false badge notifications while running the current as well as the past version of iOS. I will go through and open every message, but the badge will not go away. I don’t want to turn those notifications off completely , for the times where they are working , because of how much we have grown to use this app as a needed tool for our daily work. I just wish this issue could be fixed, so I can receive accurate notifications about my messages.

I love that my company uses this app! It’s so helpful to connect with literally anyone in my company and keeps me in the loop throughout the day. The reason I’m making this review is because of the support team. Anytime I have a problem or simply just a question, they take time to thoroughly assist. I don’t know how companies communicate without the convenience of this app and personable relationship with the support team who truly care.

• Better Magic Links: Invite URLs now display clearly with improved text wrapping for easier sharing.
