I dont understand why this app is not available in multiple languages? Bank of America has these options for non speaking English people? Its very difficult to navigate in a language that is not a familiar one

App not working anymore on Iphone 11. I always get the message "error, try again later".I had to log in in a computer to pay my bills. Please fix it asap !!
