My info is always up to date even if I just deposited cash! They help me out to cover charges if/when I need them to and are always extremely courteous! Love y’all and don’t stop being awesome!

Better than expected

This app is much more efficient than I had expected it to be. It is very user friendly and typically works without issue. I will say that I only gave four stars instead of five for depositing issues. Unlike many other banking apps the ease of depositing is not easy at all. It takes multiple attempts for a check to be captured and then uploaded or to allow the picture to be used at all. It is a bit frustrating and for that reason I use other banks to deposit my checks through mobile upload instead of this one (being my main bank). However for being the little guy this app works well and has a nice layout and theme to it.

I always have trouble with mobile depositing checks. The problem is the system will not read the check correctly. I end up having to take multiple pictures of the front and the back of the check. Even though the picture shows all the information, front and back, it will not accept it. I have tried multiple different places and lighting differences, to no avail. I hope this gets fixed.

Like the other reviewer here, I occasionally get the “we are unable to display your information at this time” error message, and I’ve had this app for a couple years now, and the “quick balance” still does not work, even thought this latest version says it was added and WORKS! Yet, it does not. Just says “quick balance is not available at this time” and reverts back to off. If it’s not going to work AT ALL, then why bother having it on there. Duh...

Quick Balance is now available for all Valley members! Previously we did not have it enabled and were not able to hide it from view on the app.
