I find the First Commerce app to be extremely useful and easy to use. I am a long time First Commerce member and now have everything at this one bank including my mortgage and HELOC. The ability to do mobile deposits is terrific and really reduces trips to the bank. Nancy B

This app is terrible and is why I am switching banks

Hip hooray yaya
I have never had such a terrible experience with an app in my life. It’s inaccurate literally after every use. I make a purchase or pay a bill and it will show negative one minute so I transfer money and then it will show that I was never negative or that a purchase was never made. It has flipped me from having well over sufficient funds to negative more times than I can count. Without me ever actually being negative at all. I’ve used first commerce since 2018 and the app has never worked right. I’m switching banks all together because for whatever reason they can’t seem to work these bugs out. Ridiculous

This is the worst online banking app I’ve ever used. It won’t even allow me to see my kid’s accounts that are in my name, and the people working in the bank lied to me for over a month saying they would have it fixed in two days, they told me this about 5 times before telling me it was against the law to allow me to see the accounts, I know that’s a lie because I’ve had it before

I’ve been using the app for some time and to this day the app never remembers my password. I have to manually enter it each time. Wish there was an easier way to make car payments from using a different account instead of having to Zelle money and then having to contact customer service to help make the payment. It should be way simpler not more complicated.
