New phone
When I switched to my new iPhone and my apps reloaded. Now this app doesn’t work at all. Before the app was great but now I can’t use it at all.
Never been great
It never works. Ever. Tried to use Face ID. Still asks for my password. I enter my password but it pulls up a blank screen. This is not only the worst banking app but one of the worst apps out there. It’s pretty much useless.
Awful!
I have to delete and redownload every single day to get it to let me in or it says my account doesn’t exist. Use to be such a good mobile bank app but now it’s awful.
