This is what we have needed since IOS 10 it seems like. Finally updated the app the matches modern times and not outdated🙏🏽
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago to replace the old app. So far I’ve had to call and speak to a representative three times to fix things that the app is suppose to do but won’t do. You can also deactivate your card on the app but have to call to reactivate it. If you pay a bill, it doesn’t show on your account until the vendor processes it which can take several days (which is different than the old app operated). This app has me searching for new credit unions to bank with that have user friendly apps. I’ve actually found several in the Murfreesboro area and will be swapping to one in the next few weeks.
I like the new design
I tried to deposit a check into my account, through the app today and that is when I found out that it’s not supported anymore. So I download the new app, reset my password (because the old one didn’t work with the new app), try to deposit the check, but now I have to re-enroll to use the feature that I was already using with the old app. I like the new design, but the migration to the new app is terrible.
