I’m enjoying using the mobile app for banking however it gets frustrating when I log in and it says that my credentials can’t be verified and then I have to start all over. That’s the only glitch I’ve encountered.

Updated app, have to read terms of service etc. all over again

I have been using this app for some time. Today, I was forced to update the app to a newer version (which I have done before ). Even though I’d been using the app for years, I was then forced to reread and approve the terms of service etc. again. The terms of service and related documents spanned dozens of pages written by teams of lawyers. The bank did not even have the common courtesy to give an executive summary, or equivalent, to outline any changes made to their policies. How arrogant! Through the agreement, they absolve themselves of virtually all liability including misstatements by their employees. I was once again dismayed at arbitrary nature of some of their policies as illustrated by their “prohibited payments” section. Will they really refuse to make a payment for me if, in their omnipotent and probably biased opinion, I attempt to make a payment that they deem to be “discourteous”? Will they really debank me? I won’t be using their electronic banking. If I remain a customer, they can start mailing me copies of my statements the old fashioned way.

This forsnt work right either
Once again, a bank decides to make the app to access accounts more complicated! Originally the deposit icon was on the main page so was easy to access, but now is buried in a sub menu. Considering most people use their remote access to their account to make deposits this is a really dumb idea!Additionally, if you go to make a deposit and make an error the ap freezes, then redirects you to other features like zelle. If I Zelle, I should select an icon to get it.Looks like whoever revised the app needs to do some work to get it work properly, and I would recommend putting deposit back on the main page.Simple is better! Please keep that in mind when making future changes for customers.

Disappointing Displays of Info

While I appreciate the security upgrades and also card-management aspects of the newer versions of this app — the lack of visibility to show payment/transaction details along with resulting balances is disappointing. I’m a long-term UB&T and SBCP customer (banks acquired or merged into the current Lake Ridge bank; dont know the details). The displays of info in their mobile apps and web version of their portal were so much more helpful. I don’t need flashy here — just want to see banking info like it used to appear on a paper statement, but electronically and at a glance. It requires way too much maneuvering to find the same info these days. The Ux needs work, too.
