Everyone who opens an account at Call Federal is a member, not just a customer. Membership does not come with a fee; the only requirement is that each member opens a savings account and maintains a minimum $5 deposit. Call Federal offers great value to our members with competitively priced products, including free checking, high-yield youth savings accounts, low rate mortgages, vehicle and personal loans, and credit cards. We also offer convenience with six local branches, online & mobile banking, and a nationwide ATM network.  Call Federal is changing how we do business with our new retail-style branch. Over the last two years we have opened two new locations in Chesterfield County designed with the member in mind. We removed the traditional teller line in favor of a greeter station and multi-service kiosks. The goal is to have more engagement with members and conversations about their financial needs and goals.
