LILINViewer is the remote video application for LILIN NVR, DVR, and IP camera products. Features include remote live monitoring, digital output triggering, digital input alarm detection, camera motion detection, PTZ camera control, two-way audio communication to a camera, remote focus for auto focus camera, digital zoom.
Remote playback feature can search recording for NVR or DVR. SD card recording of an IP camera can be searched and viewed. Motion and alarm events can be notified via Apple Push Notification Service. By clicking on the event, the event can be easily reviewed.
PTZ features include preset recall, pan, tilt, and zoom for a PTZ, auto pan for patrol mode. More features such as camera groping views and matrix view with user authentications are supported.
Worst App ever. We have had these cameras almost 3 years and have waited for updates and nothing has changed. Unable to do playback from App makes it quite useless. Ability to playback and review footage can only be done on Computer. They should do away with the App because it adds no value!!!! Very disappointing, had we known no updates would be in the pipeline, we would have never went with their cameras!!!!!
Awful App, Unreliable

Had I known beforehand that this app was so awful, I would’ve purchased another brand of cameras. The cameras are functioning well however I can never view anything in real time or without a significant delay unless I look it up on the tv. Alarms don’t populate as they should. Everything needs to be research to find why it’s not working properly yet there’s never an answer or solution.

App is pretty bad as others have stated. The interface for doing playback makes absolutely no sense. Camera groups are preconfigured. Example I have 7 cameras, but there is no 7 option. So I have to select 8 cameras and see a screen that doesnt connect to anything. In addition even if I select 8 cams, eventually it switches to 12 cams for some reason. App is just so bad.

This app is terrible. Loading camera images is painfully slow. It’s just pathetic. How they can not address such glaring and obvious issues. I can only assume it’s because it is not important to them. They don’t care about the user experience.
