The app HARDLY works… every time I go to use it, this pops up “ We are experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.” I’m so glad that they’re “working on it as quickly as possible” when it’s been 2+ months of it not working… everytime you go to check your balance or see past transactions you have to go online. This app and bank just has so many technical issues that need to be fixed. Definitely will be switching banks/apps.
To bad more banks aren’t like this bank.

My first try failed because they didn’t explain what was needed on the back endorsement. It only said to endorse it. I think I may have done it a long time ago and if it failed I may not have realized it and totally lost that money.
