Pretty good app overall, some features fail

Sometimes the app doesn’t let you book small trips and sometimes it doesn’t let you buy a ticket without having the guarantee. Overall though it’s a nice and easy app to use.

Could not configure language options to English.

I downloaded the app and opened it to see that it was only in Spanish and had no options from what I can tell to convert that to English. Got really frustrating trying to copy and paste the entire app just to try to convert to English so that I can make sense of it to book a bus ticket. A word to the app developer it might be good idea if offering it on the US based app store to make the app open in English and allow for to convert to Spanish or at least make it clear from the get-go but you can select either Spanish or English as soon as you open me up for the first time. Poor development decisions made by the developer. Very firm one star very firm one star

I really like this app! Would just really like it if would kept you updated on arrival times of certain routes. Other than that! Simple and easy to use, make it a 5 stars!

App is slow and with a lot of bugs

The app is very slow and many times it is unresponsive. Ive had to close and reopen the app at-least 20 times not trying to see my ticket. Also a few times I’ve selected a seat and when i go to pay it says the seat is not available. Definitely needs some work on that.
