5 stars for the app itself. I hear many complaints here, so I can only give my experience. I’ve made 13 trades worth 20k total in value over the past year (and I’m a small time collector.) Sure the fees are kinda steep and the processing time varies widely from great to horrible…but I now own cards that I would otherwise NEVER be able to afford. I need to stress this: that is an amazing gift to give a collector. The power to have an app on your phone capable of turning your mediocre collection of MANY cards into a carefully tailored collection of your own personal grail cards. My collection is now much smaller, but packs some HEAVY hitters - which was the goal. So thank you all for that. You guys do great work. My only gripe is with the new patch/update. There are numerous features that are now either lagging or stopped working altogether. Please fix this asap! I see that you guys usually do an update 1x per month. Can you please do a 911 fix in this case? This app works so much better the way it was directly prior to this last update. Pleaseeeee hear me on this!

I have nothing but great things to say about the app itself and the concept. However, the amount of dishonest people on this app is overwhelming, and there is no accountability held for those people. I’ve had more deals canceled than actually approved and it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive your cards. There are also scammers that try to entice you with lower prices by paying them through different payment sources. There seems to be little to no oversight and no subsequent consequences by not abiding to the deadlines and rules of the app. When people flake on deals, you get an automated notice from Veriswap offering their “apologies.” There is now a place that shows when people cancel on their profiles, but all people are doing is deleting those profiles and creating new ones. There should be a monetary penalty for canceling, and people should be tracked by something other than email accounts and barred from the app after a threshold of cancellations.Update: the original reviews on here have to be fake from companies that hire people to write reviews (look it up). This app is the ultimate scam. You pay upfront and they hold your money for almost a month before (or if) you ever receive your cards. It appears that the majority of the profiles are either fake or bots because the app claims that the profile is active and will respond within a day, however no one ever responds but Veriswap is more than willing to take your money. After all of my pending transactions are canceled (some of which are 2-3 weeks old) I’m deleting this app and trading the old fashion way with real people.

I first discovered Veriswap late last year and almost immediately couldn’t believe how incredibly user-friendly and completely secure it is all while, boasting such an extensive and robust inventory of some of the best and most sought-after cards available. Veriswap is a TOTAL game-changer!And it's not just for adult - it is also super kid-friendly. My 7-year-old son is an avid collector and absolutely LOVES Veriswap. In fact, a day rarely goes by where he isn’t on the app searching for his favorite card or next big trade. He particularly enjoys the vibrant community feed, where users showcase cards they're trading or looking for, and he has fun participating in polls to vote on what side got the better part of a particular trade - a very cool feature! Personally, I credit the Veriswap app for elevating his sports card collection particularly overnight!And, as a parent, I appreciate Veriswap's emphasis on safety and security, making it a worry-free experience for him and for me.Additionally, the Veriswap team is exceptional! They are supportive, communicative and are always looking for feedback on how to improve the user experience. There have been several updates to the app since we joined with each one being better than the last. Their most recent update to user achievement status and shipment tracking adds to the enjoyment and overall integrity of the platform.Needless to say, we are BIG fans of Veriswap and plan on being loyal users for a long time. So whether you're a seasoned collector or introducing your kids to the excitement of trading cards, Veriswap offers a platform that everyone can enjoy!Viva Veriswap!

When I first downloaded this app the fees used to be 1.5% for trades but now they are increasing to 4%. I can understand why with the ability to actually verify authentication of Pokémon cards. However a 4% fee of the total trade value is a bit steep, especially when the trade is above $1,000 in value. The pricing of trades is what is going to make people leave the platform, nobody wants to pay $100+ for authentication and shipping when there is other viable ways of trading in this day in age. I hate to say it but I am one of those people that will be leaving this app if the trade % is staying at 4. With this being said the app is good, I have made multiple trades and I will not blame the app for the people who market their cards way too high because that is not the app’s fault but rather the traders on the app. I think the best ways to improve this app is to lower the fees/ pricing to intrigue new traders and keep veteran traders, and to implement a better way to check recent sales/ market value for cards such as utilizing price charting, eBay last sold, and TCG player as those three are the big 3 that everyone uses. Good app but not worth it anymore.
