The new PACOM VIGIL CORE Manager app allows you to remotely control and monitor your security conveniently at the palm of your hands.
Take advantage of app features such as:
-A real-time summary dashboard that provides an overall status
-Event push notifications with associated video verification images
-Control and monitor alarm system(s) and areas
-Monitor alarm events
-View live feeds and playback of recorded video using VIGIL CLOUD™ cameras
-Manage and monitor access-controlled doors
-Manage and monitor BMS sensors and actuators
-Monitor user events and activities in the VIGIL CORE system
App User require credentials from your VIGIL CORE provider and a VIGIL CORE security system. For questions, contact your local provider.

User management
- User Administration – Create, edit, or delete user accounts easily.
- Role Management – Assign or remove roles such as Operator, Access, and Callout.
- Credential Management – Assign, unassign, block, activate, or delete credentials for better security control.
Permissions (Note: Requires PACOM VIGIL CORE v12.1)
- Menu Visibility Control – New permission to manage menu visibility for Operator roles.
- Fine-Grained Operator Permissions – Operators can now execute Partial Arm with enhanced permission control.
