The mobile credential application lets you use your iPhone as a credential to unlock doors instead of a prox card or key fob (works only on infinias – Intelli-M Access installations, a credential must be issued by the system administrator to the iPhone holder)

Door state status not working

During the last update, we lost the ability to see the door status. Unlock/lock. Upgraded to the newest version of the app and controller software. Circle at the bottom of the app displays “?”. Door status previously displayed a green or red circle indicating unlocked or locked prior to the last app update.
