The app displays the shuttle route, provides real-time updates on where shuttles are along that route, allows the user to request estimated arrival of next shuttle at a particular stop, and will notify users of any material disruption in service. The service is FREE, open to all, and will run M-F, 7am-7pm, including on holidays. Absent traffic, mechanical, or unforeseen issues, vans will leave the RTC Metro Station, and arrive at individual stops, every ten minutes.
