Edit in response to their reply: the update did not fix the issue, because it is still ongoing and I was told it was because I had started the event without updating first. That’s a bad deployment. When I pointed this out, I was told to wait for the event to end. I also brought up the broken link TWICE in the chat with no response from the developer I was working with. Now there are other bugs related to the most recent update, including not being able to collect free energy when told. The response from the developer was to explain how to collect energy, which I well understood. The game is fine, just not worth playing because of the issues.The game is riddled with seemingly minor but very annoying bugs (sometimes items disappear or it will merge 3 items instead of 5 depending on the angle you slide the items in). The first issue I had with an in-game event, when I finally got a response, the event was over. They offered me a “link” to claim 100 gems as an apology, but the link was broken and no gems were received. I reached out again when the same event as before had the same error and also reminded them they had sent me a broken link. They didn’t acknowledge the broken link, but told me to download the newest version. Guess what? Event is still broken. And now there are other issues with not being able to collect energy. I am kicking myself stupid for ever spending a dime on this bugged game. I just hope they see this and maybe fix issue. But based on their responses to my other problems (and from what I can see online), that seems unlikely.
