Love this game. When I got 3 Sky Temples and they wouldn’t merge, I thought maybe the secret sauce would be 5. Not true. They still won’t merge. I know this glitch may be preventing me from advancing to your summer (?) game or event island??? Truth is, some of the latest merges prior to that were tricky-ish too! Fix these things and I’ll be able to advance forward. Thanks!!!Update. My phone glitched out when I was at above level 22 with 5 dragons and 5 sets of castles and resources; when I came back I’m having to begin again but at beginners level. Disappointing because so many of the levels was extra hard work to achieve. It would be great to get back to that level. 🙄

Edit in response to their reply: the update did not fix the issue, because it is still ongoing and I was told it was because I had started the event without updating first. That’s a bad deployment. When I pointed this out, I was told to wait for the event to end. I also brought up the broken link TWICE in the chat with no response from the developer I was working with. Now there are other bugs related to the most recent update, including not being able to collect free energy when told. The response from the developer was to explain how to collect energy, which I well understood. The game is fine, just not worth playing because of the issues.The game is riddled with seemingly minor but very annoying bugs (sometimes items disappear or it will merge 3 items instead of 5 depending on the angle you slide the items in). The first issue I had with an in-game event, when I finally got a response, the event was over. They offered me a “link” to claim 100 gems as an apology, but the link was broken and no gems were received. I reached out again when the same event as before had the same error and also reminded them they had sent me a broken link. They didn’t acknowledge the broken link, but told me to download the newest version. Guess what? Event is still broken. And now there are other issues with not being able to collect energy. I am kicking myself stupid for ever spending a dime on this bugged game. I just hope they see this and maybe fix issue. But based on their responses to my other problems (and from what I can see online), that seems unlikely.

Worst game I have ever played! Don't waste time on this app, and definitely don't spend money on this app. It is quite the rip off. Contacting support is no help. They will "Dear Friend" you out the wazoo but they won't correct or help you with anything. The game is very inconsistent. It never saves your last steps on exit no matter what steps you take to exit the game, so the last several steps (and they may have been critical ones) are lost. Today, I logged out with approximately 700 stamina and had just opened 6-7 "free" chests I had been saving to have several like items to merge. I left the items out on the board to come back and merge later when it was time for castle refreshes. Guess what? I had ONLY 200 stamina and the items from the chests were GONE. Not to mention the stinking excessive amount of as well as extra long length of the ads! I understand the need for ads to keep the free version of the game free, but ads that are well over 60 seconds?? Seriously?? The majority of the ads I have watched lately are 90, 100, 110 and 120 seconds long!! I would say about 85-95% of the ads I have watched lately are well over 60 seconds. It's unreasonable even for free. That's it. The last straws. I'm done with this game.

I loved this game, played every day, made a lot of purchases for it. Then yesterday I got a new phone. Even though my game was backed up with my Apple ID, when I opened the game on my new phone, it automatically created a new game ID for my Apple ID, and erased ALL of the progress I’ve made over the past year. I have my old game ID saved, but there is no way to enter my old game ID into the game to get my progress back. It even erased my progress on my OLD device! So I can’t even use my old phone to keep playing. I am so, so disappointed that I have to start over. I might start over, but I will never, ever spend real money on this game again since everything I spent the past year just went down the drain! 🤬In response to the developer: Yes, I had cloud saves, and my account was being backed up. When I opened the app on my new device, instead of loading my saved game, it automatically created a new game ID for my Apple ID, and wiped all of my game progress on BOTH devices (new & old) because I was signed into both at the same time through my Apple ID. The only way to get it back, would be YOU resetting my progress with my old game ID, if you can do that.
