• Pay your bill. Avoid late fees. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or checking account.
• View your account history. See your past bills, payments, and usage data. This information can help you track your energy usage and identify ways to save money.
• Report an outage. Let us know if your power is out and view restoration efforts. MPC will work to restore service safely and efficiently.
• Compare and manage energy usage. View your daily and monthly usage and compare it to past months. This information can help you track your energy usage, and you can enroll to receive usage alerts.
• Enroll in alerts and communications. Receive alerts when your bill is due, when there is an outage in your area, when your power is restored or when your usage is high. Sign up for paperless billing and get your bills delivered to your email.
• Sign on with fingerprint/face ID. Set up either touch or face ID to easily access your account.
