I know this is suppose to be about the app but I'm rating personal creations itself. I've ordered personalized ornaments for my children and their families for several years now and was always satisfied, it didn't bother me that it always say free shipping but I'm always charged for shipping. What does bother me is that when I pay for express shipping to have them delivered to me but a certain date, they come later then had they just charged me the standard rate. Also bothers me that when I talk with customer service they double talk about how free shipping is only if you are not a loyal customer purchasing multiple ornaments each year. I would understand if it was different addresses being shipped to but they all come in one package to me. Now with that all being said when I ordered last year I changed my address and recieved them fine, had even deleted my old address from my account, this year when I ordered it showed my correct address but when I track my package it is being sent to my old address from a couple years ago, so if I receive them it wi not be in time to give them to my kids when we all get together. When I call about this I got put on hold for over half hour then hung up on 3 times I called back and finally got thru and 3 times they hung up on me. Last year I buy from this company!!

When I received my rug, I was absolutely amazed. The colors are very vibrant. The mat itself is very heavy and looks durable. The site was very easy to use in helping me to design my Mat/Rug. I absolutely love the quality and workmanship. I will definitely be recommending your website to my family and friends. I will also be ordering other items again in the near future. I would love to upload my picture but there is not a feature to do this…..Thank you for your service D P

Love, love, love everything I have ordered. But, the app can be difficult. Tried to order and add phone number and there is no dash (that I could find) so kept getting error message. Then got something about items could not be ordered/delivered together???? Finally took off 3 items, waited until the next day and the order went through. Black Friday overload??? No idea. Even tried using iPad rather than iPhone and still got error messages. AI chat was helpful but unfortunately suggestions did not work for me. User error??? Could be. Not a young person who knows all the ins and outs for cell phones. Did not give up because I LOVE everything I have ordered.
