I waited three months for this dashcam to arrive at my Chevrolet dealership for hardwire installation. The camera syncs to my phone easily enough, but the app is useless! I see I am not alone. I created an account, only to have the app tell me that there is “no record of this account” when I try to log in. I have no option to retrieve footage because I can’t log in to the account. I am waiting on a phone call from Customer Service for help. So disappointed. Make it right, Stinger!

Set it And Forget It! Great camera to save you from others on the road. Love the voice prompts and the App works very well. Simple to use and retrieve video. Only need to connect once when setting up, and whenever video retrieval is required.

Without a doubt, the worst app I’ve ever used. Completely non-functional. Nothing works the way it’s designed to. The app interface was a big selling point for this system. I hope the app developers are actually reading this and are seriously considering a fix. I’m highly considering having the entire system removed and recommending that GMC not recommend this product to ANYONE. Waste of time and hundreds of dollars.

This app is near impossible to use, prepare yourself by setting aside hours of your time to connect, sort through settings, and set things up how you like… only for it to never save any settings you attempt to configure. Had I known this product was backed by a company that doesn’t care about its users, I would have spent my money an a better product
