Vegatouch Mira 4+

Have had this app for about 2 years now and it’s never functioned fully correct. The worst is the climate control features. It fails to know the sensor temps, fails to control most of the heating and cooling devices correctly, and none of the updates have made it any better. We have a 2021 Dynamax Isata 5 30FW Xplorer with the firefly touch controller in the RV. The one thing that seems to work okay from the mobile app is the light control. I can control the generator, slide, and stabilizers, but there’s little reason to do that with decent controls in the RV for those things. I would find climate control to be useful in the mobile app, but it’s severely lacking.

When we got our new Seneca, the dealership told me about this app. I downloaded it and it worked great! Our RV is in storage for the winter, but in nice days We went to stock it up, and I’ve always just opened the app and could put the slides in and out, turn lights off and on etc... but this past weekend I went to open the app and it wanted me to scan and then put in my password. I don’t normally use a 6 digit password, and didn’t realize that I was going to need it again so I don’t remember it. Then, there’s no place to reset a password. Still waiting for a call back from the tech department. I had to squeeze inside the unit to put the slides out from the control panel.

Update: Awesome Customer Service! Received a phone call this morning from Nate, he was very pleasant to talk to, he asked me if I was at my coach, I told him that I wasn’t and he said okay, it’s an easy fix. He told me what to do to find my password, then said it again, he asked me what coach we have so he could add it to our record and that’s it. We were done. Less than one minute! Thank you again, Nate!

We have been using this app flawlessly for the last 3 years and about a week ago we somehow lost our ability to see the floor settings. I did find out I can hit the screen up at the bottom of the screen, go into help section, go into the floor section and then x out and my floor settings are there. But there is no way to find it on the screens without doing it this way! Can I please get it back? Other than that I love being outside by the fire and turning on the aqua hot to get shower water ready or turning off or on inside lights while we are outside. It’s great not having to get up to see what the gen settings are on instead of getting out of bed to a panel. Hopefully I get my floor icon back soon.
