I was having issues initially with the background check. After a deep search I found the support email. They replied in a timely manner with the tech support text number. They were pretty helpful but I ran into another obstacle and have been waiting a couple of days. I would love to give this app a 5 star review.

There are many 5 star reviews with one sentence in the comments. I would not trust those. Here is the reality for those wishing to join the app. Getting onto the app requires several steps including sending photos of everything; every inch of your vehicle, all of your supplies and even a video of yourself lifting 100 lbs which I found intrusive. You are required to submit all of your information and a free background check. Once you are approved and have access to the app you can accept jobs. My experience with accepting offers has been a joke. I will get 10 notifications a day with available jobs. When I immediately go to the app, it takes about a minute to load and then there are no jobs. Support is not very helpful if even available. They will tell you that this app is the next big revolution and that you will be so busy but in one month I have yet to see a single job. I’m beginning to wonder about this company because I found out about it via text message that was unsolicited. I Still don’t know how they got my number. Yet another op that promises big things and fails to deliver.

Sooo… I signed up, and only got to the background check portion of the app. It stops there and just keeps buffering. The background check didn’t even go through. Not sure what to do from there. I took pics of my vehicle, submitted my license, which says it’s still under review for like a month now. I also submitted my insurance and registration. I did the video of me lifting 100 lbs, and everything.I uninstalled the app, and shut my phone off and restarted my phone and redownload the app and went back to to the back ground check and it STILL buffers. I can’t even move to the next step.
