Tech360 Application
Free · Designed for iPad
Tech360 is a mobile application specifically designed for technicians, created by technicians, with the aim of resolving issues experienced by our cable and internet customers. It offers a wide range of functionalities that assist in identifying and resolving customer issues. Some of the features include access to directions, the ability to research technical data, equipment swapping, service activation, and system health measurement. Tech360 serves as a comprehensive tool that provides technicians with the necessary technical information and instructions to assist Comcast customers. By integrating various features into a single app, it eliminates the need for technicians to constantly switch between multiple apps or log in multiple times. We strive to continuously improve the Tech360 app, with updates being released almost daily, ensuring that it better serves the needs of Comcast technicians and customers.
more All business accounts works are listed as single unit. Our city has the largest mall in our state. There are more than 500 business accounts. All of them require a ground block scan. How can I request a scan for the address with the name unit 326B? The application constantly requires a password 5 times per login! You have to reload it just to get inside the account. It is impossible to open the job list tab while you are in the enroute status. To just view the previous work, you need to change it to the status available. This application says one thing, we have one tester who has never gone to the practical test. Everything is done not for employees but for the report!

I tried to find good features, but I couldn’t. The user interface is bearable, but user experience of working with it daily can’t be worse. No logical layout whatsoever, impossible to understand how things work until you click every single button a million times. The most stupid thing is … lunch! Why on Earth would you give me as a tech lunch instead of a job? One can’t even start to list all anti-features of this app in a single review. Also, it requires to set a pin every time I log in. Login process itself is a different story, just a bit more hell into the life of a technician. I wish the developers have to use this app themselves to feel the spirit.

Shame on Comcast and everyone running it. Stealing billions of dollars but can’t make a normal app. Nothing works, always glitches EVERYWHERE! Can’t swap equipment, orders always coded wrong so you need to call to TCOE, everything loading forever always!!!!! Garbage same as Comcast and it’s greasy pigs headquarters! Avoid both! You can not even try to delete this comment I’ll make sure it will be here for a long time.

Is there any complete description of the functions of this program? From signals from equipment to work closure codes? Those who don't ask at work at work say do it because they told us to do so. There is a truth where you can learn and understand everything. We use it by 10%, but we understand that we danced many times more.

BEAD ONU Task Recommendation and Compliance Messaging
To align with Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) ONU installation standards, enhanced logic and messaging have been implemented to ensure compliant ONU usage at eligible locations.
When the user selects “Go En Route,” a BEAD compliance message notifies the user of BEAD requirements at the location.
The Task Recommendation section will include a “Learn more” link, providing additional details on BEAD requirements and compliant installation guidelines.
If a non‑BEAD ONU is selected at a BEAD‑eligible location, the user will be presented with a hard‑stop notification stating: “This account requires a BEAD Optical Network Unit so please select one from your inventory.” Progress is blocked until a BEAD ONU is selected.
In the Activated Devices section, if the job is a swap at a BEAD‑compliant location, a compliance banner reinforces that a BEAD‑compliant ONU must be used.
The Device Detail expanded view also displays a BEAD compliance banner, mirroring the messaging shown in Activated Devices.
If the user attempts to complete a job using a non‑BEAD ONU at a BEAD‑eligible location, a hard stop message will be displayed, requiring selection of a compliant BEAD ONU before the workflow can continue.
