Attach a Spot finder to an important item, like your keys, then pair the Spot to the supporting app on your phone. Use the app's many features to make finding easy. RING TO FIND: Use this app feature to sound an alert from your Spot device. Follow the sound to help you locate a nearby Spot. PROXIMITY METER: Use the yellow rings as an indicator of the connected signal strength. The more yellow rings, the closer you are to a Spot. You can use this feature like a game of “hot & cold” to help locate a nearby Spot. LOCATION HISTORY: Use this feature to help locate a lost Spot. The app will map the last location your Spot and your phone were in close range of each other. This is likely the location you left your Spot. OUT OF RANGE ALERTS: If this feature is enabled, your phone can notify you each time your phone and Spot get separated. This feature can alert you before you accidentally leave an item behind. SPOT COMMUNITY: Use the growing Spot community as a resource to help find a lost Spot. If the community comes into range of your lost Spot, you'll receive an anonymous email with the approx location. App StorePlease remove this app from your store!! I was hacked upon loading the app, using my email credentials, to creating an account for the app. The hacker hacked into social media pages. It took me forever to regain access. It is apparent that this app is compromised by hackers to access new users personal information. Me, being one of the new users. I logged out of this app and will never use the key finder. Again, please remove this app from the App Store. It’s a bogus scam infested application!!

The app cannot handle more than one spot at a time - I got 2 as a gift, and tried to use one for my wallet, and one for my keys. When I paired the second one, it connects and disconnects extremely fast to the point where I have to shutoff Bluetooth to even be able to use my phone. Poor product.
Only get one if you’re considering it

Completely doesn’t work even a little bit. Have to keep app and Bluetooth connected to make it work. Stuck in connecting disconnecting cycle that makes it completely unusable. App is completely broken. Device is better off in the trash

Pressed the button to pair with my phone, heard the sound, and waited. Nothing. Doesn’t pair, doesn’t give an error message, just keeps showing the same screen. Restarted Bluetooth, restarted my phone, still nothing. “Help” just repeats the instructions with no troubleshooting.
