They don’t care

The app and website are both terrible, and the insurance is too. I regret choosing them, as I have heard nothing but bad things about them for years. Opening the app and the website is extremely slow. I was talking to your rep and she wanted me to open something and I had to sit and wait five minutes while the screen loaded, every single time. The provider list is constantly down today. It’s down on the website and the app telling me they can’t pull it up for my plan right now. Please call the number on my card. What is this the 1900s? They won’t allow us to use the best health options. Why would I expect them to have a modern app or website. They’re probably still use rotary phones in their offices. And do not tell me to call the number on my card. I don’t have time for that and they can’t really ever answer my questions anyway again this is not the 1900s I should not have to call.

Completely unacceptable

I am an active member, not a new user. Last week I was able to log in, but the payment option was broken — you click on “Make a payment” and nothing happens. This week I can’t even get into my account because the app blocks my access. This is absolutely unacceptable for an insurance company. I have to pay my premium, and instead I am forced to waste time struggling with your broken system. This app is a circus and the worst I’ve ever used.

This app is not functional

After multiple updates of this app over the years, it has never worked, and I mean never. Either you can’t log in or even get the app to open from the initial logo screen. If you are ever able to actually get into the app, don’t expect to be able to do anything, at all. This app is useless and makes having HPN frustrating even though insurance is a blessing!

HPN - this app isn’t even functional in the most simplistic and rudimentary of ways. I’m unable to merely select a Primary Care Provider. This should be a basic feature, and yet it literally does not function whatsoever. I get that app design is hard and it can be costly but… why even have an app if it cannot be used by paying customers?

This update makes it even easier to find care and manage your health: • A cleaner, friendlier Care dashboard showing your Primary Care Provider (and OB/GYN when applicable) • From Find Care, provider directory search results are personalized based on your plan and location • Chat is now available right from the bottom navigation • Virtual visits and the nurse line are now grouped together in the Care menu • In Claims, you can now see whether a provider was in‑network • Accessibility enhancements and important security updates
