Accessing my portal. is simple:
1. Create Your Account: Set up your Dignity Health "my care" account at
2. Download the App: Get the my portal. app by Dignity Health and sign in using your Dignity Health email and password.
3. Select your care region: Depending on where you received care, select the correct region for entry into your patient portal. If you receive a 400 error when attempting to log in:
- Go “Back” to the log in page
- Select “Change site”
- Change your site and try logging in again.
4. Explore and Engage: Start messaging your provider, accessing lab results, and diving into your health records.

Still not working!

An update from me! After phoning several times with no “fix”, I got a “ticket number” that was supposed to help. Now I get a weekly email asking me to sign in. I would if the app would let me!!! Still get “Oops!” and a spinning notice about the linking being in progress. Because the “upgrade” to this app required a higher IOS than my perfectly good older iPhone could use, like MANY older patients, I went ahead and bought a new iPhone that has the highest IOS available. Some bought new iPads. This unexpected purchase was a burden to many, but older populations have a greater need to communicate directly to their doctors through messaging. I used the app at least monthly regarding medications, and it was a great help before the “upgrade”. New “upgrade” is still not working after a few more weeks. Is Dignity, or “CommonSpirit” or somebody - the Dignity “app developer” maybe?- going to pay for the new phone I bought to accommodate the required IOS? Maybe older patients who bought new equipment can get together and submit a bill.

Leaving Dignity due to their Crap apps! Get MyChart!

My care & my portal are the most useless apps I have ever seen. Please switch to epic my chart it talks to other hospitals in other areas that use that app trying to get my medical records or two separate emergency room visits out of the area has been a nightmare! getting a record faxed over to my main provider takes 7 to 10 business days. This is unacceptable. The original launch of these apps for Dignity was a disaster on the phone for over 10 hours because of a mess up on Dignity’s side. I am done ! Express Scripts has a problem with Dignity every time I try to get a prescription refill they never get it- humankindness starts with the technology that you have - throw it in the garbage and get the real deal. Don’t save money and waste your patients’ time. I am in the process of looking for a new provider, and the only providers I will accept will be ones that use my chart. Zero stars if I could!

The worst app I have ever used

If I can give negative five stars instead of one I would. I basically have to reset the password every time I need to log in, even it is just 5 minutes between each time. Using the same just reset password I could log in the website with no problem, and the app will insist it is the wrong password and ask me to click forget password to reset. And, guess what? After I reset it again, and try to log in, it will say it is incorrect and I need to reset. It is a ridiculously bad app. Gives me so much anxiety and frustration having to use it. For someone who loves life and events to be well organized like myself, it is something you don’t want in your life. If it weren’t for the doctor I have been going to for years, I would change my whole medical care to other health care system just because their app is not anti human.
