I was very excited that W Concept finally launches their app, but the user experience on the app could be better. I’ve been having issues with pictures not loading on pages, every time I search something, the results return with no pictures, and I had to go into individual products to see what it looks like, it’s time consuming and I ended up still going back to the browser option to shop. It’s been like that since I downloaded it a few weeks ago and I’ve tried to reinstall it and it’s still like that. Not sure if there’s any bug but hope it can be resolved soon.

I’ve been using this for years but mostly on computer. After the latest update this app stop working. Now when I open it there would just be a blank screen with nothing on it. Please fix it

The interface is sleek, intuitive, and user-friendly. Also, I was delighted to find a wide array of trendy fashion items. Placing an order was quick as well. CS team is supportive!
