I have been playing this game for a long time now cuz I really like it but I have spent so much money on this game and once again the game has issues. I have redownloaded it at least 3 times and had to start all over again and wasted the money I spent. I was trying to give this game a chance with it being new I understand it may have some issues but this is just ridiculous. I will say that for the last few months I haven’t had any problems so I figured the developers finally got everything fixed. Well I am on chapter 4 lvl 20 and now when I try to go into the lvl it gets stuck on loading at 100%. If you can’t fix the issues sell it to someone who can and not scam people trying to get their money. I’m hoping there will be another update I will wait a little bit to see if not then please no one download this game. It will only eventually have issues.

I love playing this game and was playing it to earn money but thought I didn’t want to more money into it because it costs a lot of real money to play but I kept playing and spending more money now I can’t get the land called the laboratory to open it just sits there I sent an email for help I sure hope they can fix it or I’m going to want the $30 plus I spent yesterday on it back
Locked out of a level

I have been playing daily for months and every time I go out of the game and go back and I have to restart a level. I can’t get through a level if I have to keep restarting it. It has been like this since the newest update and it’s getting very aggravating.I’m at the point where I want to delete the game but I enjoy playing it. I just can’t get any further because it won’t let me update my buildings. I have gotten through everything I can on the home farm. I want to be able to play more of the game, but it will not let me go past a level I have already completed.

Customer service lacking, not fixing bugs

After getting zero reply from your team, I played the game over again and got back to where it glitched out again. So twice now, I have played the game to the 5th island, had one objective left to achieve, and the game is glitching out not letting me finish island number 5. I also still cannot advance onto island 6. And you still have not refunded my previous lost purchase. I really enjoy this game but customer service is severely lacking. Please respond. Is changing my review on the AppStore the only way to get a response?
