Love the app and the teachings it gives. Small, quick, and concise! The teachings are easy to understand and easy to apply them into my daily life. And as a person who loves to journal, I really enjoy the end of day reflections I can write. Really great app and definitely would recommend. The only thing I wish for is that the reflections should be able to record the date of writing. Just a personal preference but otherwise, I really enjoy this app 😊

As a philosopher, I’ve been disappointed by the philosophy apps on iPhones. I’ve longed for a way to learn more about philosophy without having to spend too much time on an app. I’ve found that Betterself combines great information but also in a concise matter. I truly believe that this app will help any type of person, whether struggling with mental blocks or just trying to help themselves. This app is all I’ve wanted, and I’m so glad that it is finally here.

Love this app. The only thing I would change is I would love to be able to go back to each day and read them as many times as I wanted. You have it to where one cannot revisit the previous days of the lessons.

I’ve wanted to learn more about philosophy for a while now but it’s so hard to start. This app has really helped, the lessons are short helpful and concise and I love the morning and night system.
