The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that it looks great. I love the update. I am a graphic designer and the look and feel of an app or web page is important to me. However, it’s useless if it doesn’t work. Everything is connected and I keep all of my devices up-to-date. I see where the CPAP machine is uploading to the server, but there is never anything updated. I have to take the Zip drive out of my CPAP and upload manually. The problem is it only works with Chrome which ITry not to use on my Mac. It just seems that there was no testing the user experience is terrible.

update: I emailed support staff and they just told me to delete the app and redownload it. I have had to do this several times now and it’s obvious from other reviews that I’m not the only one. this app is the WORST! Do not get resvent equipment if you can help it!when I open the app, it just shows a white screen with the words “ResAssist” on it and nothing else loads. it used to show either the home page with the stats or a login page. seems like the most recent update broke more than it fixed. also. the support page is written entirely in chinese, so you can’t easily complain to anyone about it.

After registering and downloading the app, it won’t connect properly to WiFi, even though my device is already connected. Every time I open the app, nothing loads—it’s just a blank screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but the issue remains the same. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible because it makes the app completely unusable.

Works fine on my iPhone, but can’t get it to generate reports for my doctor (whose card reader doesn’t work for Resvent machines).Also, almost every app I’ve got on my iPhone works in sinc with my iPad, but this isn’t the case with this app. I can’t get my iPad to work with the same credentials, as those I use on my iPhone.
