I love the offers found in the app. There are so many easy ways to earn money. The app itself is easy to navigate and use. The only issue is the layout is a bit off. The bar at the bottom makes it hard to interact with any bottoms at the bottom of the page. Sometimes you can’t see the entire screen and can’t scroll to get to it either. Minor issues. Still a great app!

I’ve been using Earn & Trade for a little while now, and while my experience has been mostly positive, there have been some growing pains. The first two PayPal rewards came through quickly, which I appreciated. However, after completing multiple offers, I noticed there was still $80 owed to me.I contacted support after waiting 5 days and was told there was an issue with PayPal on their end. While I understood the challenge, I found the delay frustrating. Thankfully, I received $40 of the owed amount quickly. But there was still a remaining $40.Once again, I reached out, and the leadership team took swift action. They not only addressed the issue but also provided me with an additional $10 as a goodwill gesture. This proactive approach from leadership gave me some reassurance, but the delay in the process was concerning.While I’m satisfied with how leadership handled things, I do think Earn & Trade could improve their response times. A more dedicated customer loyalty team, along with better follow-up, would certainly help.Here are a few suggestions for improvement:•A “Report a Mistake” feature in settings that’s easier to use•More PayPal withdrawal options, such as $50 and $100 options•A referral program to help incentivize growthOverall, I believe in Earn & Trade’s potential. As a startup, they’re still working out the kinks, but with a few improvements, they could be a great platform. I’m hopeful they’ll continue to refine their service and stay on track.

I learned about this app through the respondent’s website and after signing up for Earn I found an incentive program which iPhone users qualify tor with downloading the Axos banking app creating a bank account depositing five dollars into the account and once that deposit is finalized, you will earn $50 and its pretty much to test the response time and whatnot. Well, l I opened the account I deposited the $5, and the last step is to go back to the Earn app submit a screenshot of the successful five dollar deposit to the bank account and then I will be funded my $50 incentive…. Well low and behold, I go back to the Earn app and it crashes every time I click on it and it’s just a black screen. I uninstalled it installed it again still same issue something needs to be done about this, the simple fact there’s so many ways to earn money on the app itself yet when you start said incentive through a third-party all of a sudden the Earn app is malfunctioning. I would give zero stars if I could.

Please do not use this app, especially through Respondent. I spent weeks trying to complete the objective, trying to sort out issues on the bank’s end. The researcher helped me through it all, but the moment I completed the study they ghosted me and did not pay me. I had to contact the Respondent Support team who got in contact with them, and apparently they decided to withdraw my application for unspecified reasons, even though Sharry Vinn (researcher) personally assured me I would get credit for the task. I set up a whole bank account for this, did everything they asked, and they did not follow through, even after they explicitly said they would. This whole app seems predatory and exploitative. Save yourself the headache.
