Beta Champs Version – 251.7.0 Enhancements: Prepare My Visit Summary Prepare My Visit GenAI-generated Summary in Tech360 has been enhanced with improved logic and clearer insights into the customer’s journey specifically within the Job Details and Device & Network Status sections. The enhancements will now remove sections of the summary if no information is available and should reduce errors when launching the summary. Please continue to provide feedback for these changes as we work to introduce this to all users! CB: MSO SSO GUI Access To provide quicker access to supported Comcast Business gateways, Single Sign-On (SSO) has been implemented for MSO GUI access, streamlining the user experience by removing the Copy Password step. When a user taps “Access MSO GUI,” the app now navigates directly to the MSO GUI. Users are automatically authenticated through SSO and are no longer required to manually enter or copy a username and password, resulting in faster and more seamless access to the MSO GUI. Defects: Job Completion Performance: A delay causing performance issues when closing a job and returning to the Carousel Card screen was identified and resolved. Missing Job Details: An issue that occasionally prevented member information from displaying was identified and resolved. XM Upsell Display: An issue impacting how the keyboard is displayed on iPad within the XM Upsell flow has been resolved. Alphanumeric RTM: The issue impacting RTM submissions for Alphanumeric TechID’s was resolved.
