Enhancements: • Scan and Go: Multiple Equipment Returns Scan and Go feature has been enhanced to allow technicians to return multiple pieces of new, unused CPE equipment to the pick wall through the inventory return workflow. By selecting the Return to Pick Wall option, scanning the site ID QR code, and following the on-screen prompts, technicians can now complete returns more efficiently within the app. • Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile Salesforce Integration Tech360 has been enhanced to send Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile XM Up Sale lead submissions directly to Salesforce, enabling a faster handoff to sales for follow-up. This streamlines the lead submission process for users while helping sales teams respond more quickly to lead opportunities. • iOS 26 UI Enhancements Tech360 has been updated to align with the latest iOS 26 UI standards across key tabs, icons, contextual menus, forms, documents, refresh workflows, package details, and validation screens. Defects: • Security Incident Message: The Report a Security Incident messaging has been updated to align with the production build. • XB10 Inventory Issue: The issue preventing a specific XB10 model from being correctly added to an account has been resolved. • Time Entry Incorrect Time Zone: The issue causing submitted work hours in Tech360 to use the wrong time zone has been resolved. Thank you Mathew Hiskey for the report! Connected Device Gateway Speed Test Failure: The issue preventing the Gateway Speed Test feature from loading in the Connected Devices tab has been resolved.
