I feel that this company is quite dishonest but dies so in a sneaky way. I purchased a physical book. I do not understand how or why this purchase was associated with a subscription. I did not want or even use anything related to this and no follow up emails were sent out once the automatically applied free trial ended. I’ve now spent over $150 on a subscription I was not aware of nor did I approve. Very upset with this, if I had wanted an ebook or digital product of any kind I could maybe understand why this subscription was automatically started but I’m not sure why I need a subscription for the physical product I ordered. I have since cancelled my service and would have done so months ago if this company had some integrity and sent out a “your subscription is about to renew” email or anything of that sort instead of hiding the subscription at the bottom of my order. Just overall super disappointed with this company and it makes me not even interested in the product I actually consented to buying.Do not recommend, too much hassle and shady charges

I left a review a couple months back about how they mislead buyers of the baby book into subscribing to a $30 per month subscription. I contacted customer service and was basically told to deal with it. I don’t see my review here so I’m going to have to leave another one. They purposefully put the fine print under the “buy” button so you won’t see it if you don’t scroll down far enough. Then they blame you for not reading it and won’t refund you. Look at all these other reviews if they really wanted to fix it they would have. It’s an easy fix. Put the info bigger and clearer and above the purchase button or heck even a pop up notification. Also refund the people that they’ve mislead. It’s been almost a year and no changes. SCAMMING people is their business model. Update: They responded to my review and said to contact them and I did. I thought they were going to actually do right by me this time but was basically told to deal with it. Trying to appear helpful in their response to a public review but useless in a private email.

I recently started using this baby tracker app, and it’s already been incredibly helpful! It makes it so easy to keep track of feedings and sleep. Everything is clear and organized, which really helps me stay on top of things as I adjust to life with my new baby. It’s been a huge help!
