Completely unusable

For the past week every time I tried to open the app it crashed and said “unavailable at this time,” so I deleted and redownloaded the app. Now I am completely unable to log in; it refuses to recognize my email address or name, so I tried to log in as a guest and when asked to select my location there is only one option that is not anywhere close to me or my city.

The app could not find my email account. I jumped on the website to I guess login, but it forced me to create a new account…. which doesn’t have any of my family information. Super weird. Too bad they launched a malfunctioning app… at least call it beta… so that we don’t have unreasonable expectations to be fully functional.

The app could not find my email account. I jumped on the website to I guess login, but it forced me to create a new account…. which doesn’t have any of my family information. Super weird.
