The app has become more and more user-friendly as time has passed. I can only speak for my local dispo in Rowley, but the place is awesome. Fantastically, friendly, fantastic prices, and all around great experience every single time. I give this place so much word-of-mouth advertising, and they deserve every bit of it.The only negative I’ll add is the app update that added the back/refresh/forward button smack in the middle if the screen was a bad idea, get rid of that stupid thing it’s right in front of all the search results, should have been thought through further before implementation.

Let me start by saying their team is phenomenal, they know their product and aren’t pushy. The location is superb on Memorial and the inside is nice. My only gripe is that there are certain things in store that isn’t online and/or on the app so you have to order inside versus it being on app and doing a quick pick up. But still best dispensary ever hands down.

Let me start by saying their team is phenomenal, they know their product and aren’t pushy. The location is superb on Memorial and the inside is nice. My only gripe is that there are certain things in store that isn’t online and/or on the app so you have to order inside versus it being on app and doing a quick pick up. But still best dispensary ever hands down.

If someone is a platinum member how do they earn points? If i spend 160 dollars how many points do i earn as a platinum member? This is point system changed and now it makes no sense. I hate the fact that you can’t use compassionate care and use the points you earned defeating the purpose of having compassion for people that are lower income with such high prices. We were all promised before rec came along price and products wouldn’t change it was a complete lie everything changed prices went up and now almost unaffordable and product quality and quantity went down to the lowest it can get so sad when the medical patients are the ones that have been here from day one and we’re just cast away to the side. Shame on CT for letting this happen complete embarrassment.

Hi Emily. Great questions! In the platinum tier, you receive 2 points for every dollar spent, which is double what the old program offered. We realized why no retailers allow people to use coupons and rewards at the same time. We want to be able to keep our doors open to ensure all of our fam can have access to our products. That said, you still get your 15% off every day, and can use your rewards on smaller purchases to maximize the return. If you use a $50 off reward on a $60 purchases, you're saving 83%, or over 5x your every day discount. We truly wish that the producers didn't raise their prices, but unfortunately, they did. Our prices are super low in MA because the wholesale costs are also low, and we're praying the market in CT changes soon, as we believe our products should be as affordable as possible!

Very glitchy lately and keeps giving me errors and making me redo my order more then once so when it feels like working it will work or it will give me an attitude if it was a human and not comply with me. The service is great the software really should be updated. Like begging you for an update cuz it’s not user friendly and very annoying. If you click to use the points it takes it away and it won’t show I have them anymore. So I don’t touch that feature anymore either and tell them in person I wanna use my points.
