Very disappointing can’t use app won’t connect Bluetooth to get it to work…..I’ve tried tried ugh failed still won’t connect I gave up use remote control instead that have no color like app do 😒

Like you, I was annoyed trying to get the app to work. But what worked was simple (I found this on the app user guide). 1. Turn the ceiling fan off from the light switch directly (not the remote). 2. Wait 10 seconds then flip the switch back on (turning the ceiling fan back on). Within 5 seconds, tap the powering icon on the app… then wait and see it blink (it’s a very dim blink)… then you’re set. Works pretty well, actually!

All u have to do is turn ur light off not on the remote tho!!! The light on your actual wall then literally count to ten and turn the light back on and all u have to do is hold the Bluetooth pairing button you see on your bottom right corner of your screen and you will see flashing

Read the pairing instructions in the user manual. What is doesn’t say is “ press the pairing button IN THE APP not the one on the remoteI do not know how well the app is yet but the fan is pretty powerful and the light is nice and bright.
