I’ve been struggling with my weight when I came off Keto. I also went through an entire year of depression. I have so many apps, and I don’t leave reviews unless it’s worthy. I put this on when I go to bed. I fall asleep to it. I eat breakfast and then drink water throughout the day. There are a couple other things I want to use this app for. One thing at a time. But, my appetite is almost gone. It’s wild. I never believed in hypnosis. But, I was desperate. No cravings for sugar, no late night cravings. Just breakfast and I’m good to go. I listen to about the first 5 minutes and I drift off to sleep so it’s working on me subconsciously. I mean how can you go wrong? Thank-You ☺️

I loved the first 21 days of this program. I actually lost 10 pounds! I couldn’t believe it… This has been a struggle for years and almost any time I went on the scale it kept dropping. Then came to the next portion of the program… I really don’t connect with the sessions. Even worse ITS THE SAME FOREVER. in the first 21 days there was variation in each session. I keep waiting for it to change, but I’m on day 62 and there is no difference in sight. I stopped losing weight and can’t connect the same way because it bothers me so much. Even in trying to repeat from day one the trance has been broken. But also really scares me is that there is no information about my subscription under my profile information. I have no idea what I’m paying and when it renews…. This is a really bare-bones app. How bad so many of the reviews were about payment and customer service scares me. I’d love to give this app a better review but I just don’t trust it. I wish there was something better out there.

I loved the first 21 days of this program. I actually lost 10 pounds! I couldn’t believe it… This has been a struggle for years and almost any time I went on the scale it kept dropping. Had really liked it but at day 21 the voice changed

I’d really enjoyed falling asleep to the male voice but at day 21 the voice would o Lu be the woman’s. I contacted customer support and had to screenshot the page as she thought I didn’t know how to change the mic from male to female. It wasn’t that easy! There was no mic. So she said it could possibly work if I deleted the spAnd download d it again. So I did that. When I did that there was a place to check which voice I preferred and I checked male. I settled back to listen. And then the female voice came on! Argh. So I listened to it and then tonight I went through the entire delete and download again process. Checked the male preference and her voice came on again! I’ve contacted customer service again but feel foolish having such a strong preference and I know they’re thinking it’s something I’m doing wrong or at least the way it feels. Haha. Up u til day 21 I loved this so. I’m on day 31 and not loving it now.

I used to loathe salads, now I crave them because of the Kure app

I got sucked into this app by a social media post about losing weight and I figured why not try it for weight loss. You listen to the app right before you go to sleep.I give this app 4 stars because. It hasn’t helped me lose very much weight, maybe a couple of pounds. However: it’s a fantastic sleep aid; it just knocks me out immediately, most nights I don’t even get past 5 minutes of active listening. For me, it’s a great meditative practice to help me sleep.Also: historically, I’ve hated salads my whole life, it’s been a running joke among friends and family. But after 2.5 months of using this app, I started visualizing and craving salads. Now I eat a salad nearly every day. I figured it was the app that nudged me into salads, and I finally actively listened to nearly an entire session and lo and behold: the app encouraged me to visualize “crunchy vegetables”! Changing my attitude toward salads is a pretty big thing for me, and so the app has been worth it.I wish they would add a program for workout/exercise motivation. I’m deciding whether to continue my sub; if they added workout/exercise sessions I would 💯 continue subscribing to this app
