Literally just read the title. That means it's easy to use and it auto makes a plan for you. It's heavy but pain is gain. I love it.

I have been using the app for about a month. During this time, when I try to change exercises (because even though I told the app not to include barbell exercises, it still does), the app allows me to select a replacement, add it to my workout, and even tell me it has been added, but it hasn’t. The original exercise is still in the workout. Then the whole workout will just start over - regardless or how far I had gotten through. Stupid really - seems like bad developers. Also the latest change doesn’t allow you to see the motion of your next exercise during your rest period, which it did in the last version. It sure they know what they are doing, but losing a paying customer they have done.

I have been using the app for about a month. The one and only iceman
I really love this app, I like I can walk into the gym and know what to do. Reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, there are several pieces of gym equipment that are not listed. But my biggest issue is with the app it’s self. When I’m in my plan and try to add, delete or change a muscle group when I click to save it, nothing changes and it’s the same program! Also I’ve tried deleting an exercise from my workout and it won’t delete. Clearly some issues within the app that need fixing. The ad made it seem like everything was easy to change and update but clearly it’s not.
I really wanted to give 5 stars!

I wanted to like Befit, but right now it feels more like a beta test I accidentally paid $50/year to join. The app has some pretty annoying bugs:•The workout timer sometimes stays stuck as a Live Activity even after I’ve completed the workout.•The stopwatch doesn’t always kick in after finishing a set.•There doesn’t seem to be a way to take notes on workouts.•The much-advertised “AI” feature? I honestly can’t tell if it does anything meaningful or if that’s just the trendy label every fitness app slaps on.I’ll give it a few more weeks to see if it actually helps me hit my workout goals, since that’s the main purpose. But right now, the frustration of dealing with these bugs during a workout makes me more angry than motivated. And trust me—that’s saying something. At this point, I’d rather deal with my ex-wife.Hopefully bug fixes are on the way, because in its current form I can’t give this app a high rating.
