Two orders two headaches

Placed two orders with this app, both times one item marked for “express delivery “ were never shipped with the rest of the order with zero communication from the company I had to reach out to them. Got a refund for the first missing item and was told it was out of stock when they had it listed as in stock for a week after! Assuming the same thing for the second order will occur. Steer clear as it’s a crapshoot if you’ll actually get your full order, they have poor communication and an inability to keep an accurate inventory of what is and is not out of stock.

I placed an order and according to their website orders are shipped within 3 business days. It has been over 7 business days and numerous emails (because they don’t have a customer service number) and nothing. There are many complaints on the BBB website. They were good at one point but not anymore!!
